Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a guided meditation practice designed to bring the body into deep relaxation while the mind remains gently aware. This practice can help reduce stress, support nervous system regulation, improve sleep, increase self-awareness, and create space for healing and restoration. No yoga experience is required. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to rest.
